The returns process after initiation.Updated 18 hours ago

You'll be prompted to provide essential details such as your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request has been authorized, a Customer Service Team member will provide further instructions, including any necessary shipping labels and Return Authorization Document(s). Please note the following: 

  • Repackage your item(s) in the original box, including all accessories and packaging, and ship in accordance with the return instructions. All returns must include the Return Authorization Document inside the return package. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier. 
  • Shipping labels will be valid for 14 days. If your return is not shipped within this time (or within the return window period), your return request and return shipping label will expire. 
  • Returns must be received by Therabody within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the product. Only authorized returns will be processed. 
  • Once the return is marked as delivered, please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur during peak operations. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returned products are subject to inspection. If approved, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified) or in accordance with local laws. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.
