What attachments are included?
The Theragun PRO is engineered with five breakthrough therapies to relieve pain, improve mobility, and optimize recovery. It includes the following:
- Dampener - Reduce aches and pains in tender or sensitive areas.
- Standard Ball - Reduce tension with an all-over body massage.
- Wedge - For scraping shoulder blades, or IT bands
- Thumb - Ease your lower back, trigger points, and painful knots.
- Cone - For pinpoint muscle treatment
- Supersoft - When you need a soft touch
Using the Theragun PRO
- Insert the lithium-ion battery fully before turning on the PRO.
- To turn on the PRO, firmly press and hold the center button for 2 seconds on the button pad.
- Press the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on the button pad to increase or decrease speed.
- Press the left (<) and right (>) arrows on the button pad to toggle between the PRO’s pre-loaded treatment presets.
- The PRO should be used with the attachment making perpendicular contact with the skin. Only the attachment of the device should make contact with the skin or area you are treating. Do not use the device at an angle that puts the percussive arm of the device in contact with the skin.
- To turn off the PRO, firmly press and hold the center button on the button pad until the device shuts down.
Connecting the Attachments
Ensure that your device is powered off before connecting or removing any attachments. Align the attachment with the tip of the arm and push to connect. To remove, grip the attachment placing one finger on each side of the plastic connector. Pull off the attachment while the device is off.
Warning: Do not place your finger between the attachment and the end of the arm, as this may cause pinching or injury.
Charging and LED Indicator Guide
The Theragun PRO includes two removable lithium-ion batteries and an external battery charger.
Inserting the Battery
To insert the battery into the device:
- Align and insert the battery into the battery slot on the underside of the Theragun PRO.
- Ensure the flat side of the battery is facing the circular release button.
- Push the battery into place until it is securely seated.
The battery life of the installed battery is displayed on the Theragun PRO's OLED screen when the device is powered on.
Removing the Battery
To remove the battery:
- Press the circular release button located above the battery slot.
- Pull the battery out of the device.
Charging the Battery
To charge a battery:
- Plug the charging cable into the charging dock.
- Insert the battery into the charging dock.
- Press the battery down until the indicator light begins flashing.
- Allow the battery to charge until the indicator light stops flashing.

Flashing light: Battery is charging.
Solid light: Charging is complete.
Battery Indicators
The Theragun PRO's OLED screen displays the remaining battery life of the installed battery when the device is turned on.
Care and Cleaning
- The Theragun PRO is NOT waterproof or machine washable. Do not allow any liquid or water to enter the device or charging port.
- Ensure that the device is powered off before cleaning.
- To clean, wipe the device surface with a disinfectant wipe to remove any residue.
- Once the device is residue-free, use a clean disinfectant wipe to thoroughly clean the device surface and attachments, wiping in a downward motion.
