When submitting a claim you'll be guided to provide the following information as this will help us expedite our review:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Product experiencing the issue

• Therabody.com order number or proof of purchase, including the purchase date

• Brief description of the defect

• Photos or video demonstrating the warranty issue (if applicable) 

Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the information and reach out within 24–48 business hours with the next steps.
